Whilst there were no fires to be seen at this turn out this morning, one of our locally based staff was very grateful to Arthur’s Creek and Clonbinane CFA for rescuing their cow after she somehow rolled down a rocky slope last night and found herself stuck.

The large animal rescue training that SXG sponsored recently couldn’t have come at a better time and helped ensure the cow was out, sitting up and drinking within an hour. We hope she’s now moo-ving well and on her way to making a full recovery.
